General Community Information

We offer 31 unique floorplans, including studios, one-, 2-, and 3 bedroom apartments, as well as 2 Bedroom Townhomes.

Yes! Western Supply is a brand-new, newly built community.

Our apartment homes feature stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, a kitchen island, and an in-unit washer and dryer. Most floorplans also include a flex space that can be used as additional living space.

A flex space is an additional room designed to give you more flexibility in how you use your home. It can function as an office, study, workout space, hobby room, or whatever works best for your lifestyle.
Electricity is provided through Public Service Company of Oklahoma (PSO) and is billed separately.

Water is billed monthly based on an allocation formula. For questions about utility setup, please contact our on-site leasing team.

We provide Valet Trash services through Valet Living, they pick up 5 nights a week. In addition, each floor has a trash chute including rubbish and recycling.
Yes! We have a private micro-grocery store conveniently located within the community for those everyday essentials.

We offer smaller private coworking spaces throughout the community, giving residents a quiet and private place to work or study without having to leave home.

Yes. We currently have 10 electric vehicle charging stations available within the community.
We offer several parking options, including a parking garage, a gated exterior parking lot on the east side of the building, and free parking in designated areas in the front and back of the community.

Western Supply has a dedicated parcel room for resident packages, including refrigerated storage for eligible temperature-sensitive deliveries.

Yes! We have a convenient loading dock designed to make moving into your new home as easy as possible. Residents must reserve the loading dock in advance for their move-in.
Yes. We have 24-hour security located both inside and outside the community.

Yes, Western Supply has a resort-style pool for residents, along with a kitchen cabana and outdoor grills nearby. It is one of several community amenities built for relaxing and entertaining during the warmer months.

Yes, our community includes an on-site fitness center for residents. You will also find a bike zone and multiple resident lounges throughout the building.

Our community is located in the Tulsa Arts District, close to live music at Cain's Ballroom, outdoor events at Guthrie Green, and local dining like Empire Slice House and McNellie's. The riverfront Gathering Place park is a quick commute south.

Leasing

Applicants must meet our rental criteria, which includes credit, criminal, and rental history screening. We also verify income and identity.

Utilities

Utilities are not included in the base rent. Residents are responsible for their individual utility charges.

At Western Supply, residents are responsible for their own utilities, including electricity, water, and valet trash service. Electricity is provided through Public Service Company of Oklahoma (PSO). For help setting up your utilities, please contact our on-site leasing team.
