Workforce Housing at Western Supply

The Western Supply Workforce Housing Program was created to help people who provide vital services in our community find a home near the neighborhoods where they work. A limited number of residences at Western Supply are set aside for income-qualified applicants, with the same finishes, amenities, and service as every other home in the community. Qualification is based on published income guidelines for essential workers. Our team can review the current guidelines with you, confirm which floor plans are available, and guide you through the application from start to finish.

Application Requirements

Using the Household Member’s column in the chart, find the annual income that is closest to your household’s gross annual income. Income Verifications:

  • Paystubs for the most recent four-week period
  • Bank Statement for most recent month
  • Tax returns for the most two recent two tax years
  • Other potential income - SSI, Child Support, Cash Gifts, etc.
